We recognise the fact that not all our clients require the same level of service and there will be times that our clients require a one off transactional service only and other times when an ongoing advisory service is required. We have devised three distinct ongoing service levels known as essential, standard and enhanced details of which will be discussed by the adviser in the initial consultation.
Transactional or one-off advice: A straight forward advisory service centred on immediate client issues and needs that require focussed analyst and recommendations with limited ongoing servicing.
Essential and standard services: more comprehensive services aimed at initial analysis, recommendation and financial planning by way of ongoing reviews and recommendations adapting to clients changing needs and circumstances.
Enhanced: As clients assets grow in terms of numbers, value and potential complexity these will require more management and reviews. The enhanced service offers more frequent review and opportunity to ensure clients are kept informed of performance and plans are maintained in line with aims and objectives.
I have always prided myself in being able to do things myself rather than relying/ employing others to do them; from fixing broken machines to financial management. I have been reasonably successful with the former and awful with the latter. In 2010 I became a client of Asset Management and the change was profound in the extreme; both for my finances and my peace of mind.
