CEO & Independent Financial Adviser
I studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Lanchester Polytechnic followed by a 16-year career in the Manufacturing Industry ultimately running UK multi-site operations in plastics, packaging and Automotive industries with various roles covering Manufacturing Management, Operations Director and Business Development.
Following a career change to financial services in 2007, I joined AMFA in 2010 as a Director and Independent Financial Adviser. I was appointed Managing Director in April 2019 and then CEO in April 2024. I am primarily based in our Bishops Waltham Office.
Outside of AMFA, I enjoy a range of sporting activities including golf, skiing and football as well as morning walks with our working cocker spaniel, Merlin. As a family, we love travelling and have been fortunate to visit many varied places around the world. Food, entertaining, eating out and cooking are also high on my list and more recently I enjoy spending time with our new granddaughter, Poppy. I am a patron of the Saints Foundation – the official charity of Southampton Football Club and am actively involved in helping raise funds for many great causes in Southampton and the surrounding areas.
