Courtney Pearse
Paraplanner
I joined Asset Management in March 2017, now managing the Winchester office whilst supporting our Senior Financial Adviser, Ian Jones, as a Paraplanner. I previously worked in retail banking, starting my career at Bradford & Bingley in 2009.
After having a family, I made the career change to an Administration role here at Asset Management before moving into the Paraplanning team, passing my Level 4 Paraplanning Certificate in 2022 and Mortgage Advice Certificate in July 2024. I started my role as Office Manager for our Winchester office in August 2024.
Outside of work, I spend the majority of my time with our family cockapoo Patch, at the side of a football pitch cheering on (very loudly) my two teenage daughters who play for local teams the Worthys and Winchester City Flyers.
