I bring a wealth of experience in strategic business transformation, regulatory governance, and long-term planning. Since joining AMFA, I’ve helped guide the firm through a period of significant growth and structural evolution, including changes to ownership, digital transformation initiatives, and improvements to client engagement and operational efficiency. I combine deep technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of a rapidly evolving financial services landscape. 

With a background in both UK and Swiss financial markets, I’m commercially driven, data-led, and focused on implementing meaningful, sustainable change. I’m passionate about innovation and often lead on introducing new ideas, technologies, and best practices across the business. 

Beyond AMFA, I take on advisory roles within both financial services and the sports and fitness sectors, and contribute to broader thought leadership around business strategy, innovation, and high-performance environments. Outside of work, I’m a keen sports enthusiast—balancing golf, endurance training, and supporting my wife, a GB-level equestrian athlete. I’m also a proud new dad and devoted whippet owner, fully embracing the chaos and joy that comes with family life.
