Rachael Swinfield
Head of Client Support
I began my career in financial services as a Sales Associate with Bradford & Bingley, where I progressed to the role of Branch Manager. In 2010, I joined Asset Management to manage the Santander agency. Following the agency’s closure in August 2012, I transitioned to the administration team, taking on the role of Senior Administrator and providing support to a number of advisers.
Over the years, I’ve continued to grow within the company and am now proud to serve as Head of Client Support. In this role, I oversee the Client Support team while also supporting Senior Management and Advisers, helping to ensure a high standard of service across the business.
Outside of work, I’m a social butterfly who enjoys spending quality time with my family and friends.
