Adam Long
Client Support Specialist
I joined AMFA in June 2026 as a Client Support Specialist, bringing experience from Lloyds Banking Group, where I supported customers with complex account queries, fraud concerns, bereavement cases and referrals to specialist teams. This gave me a strong foundation in financial services and a clear understanding of client needs, regulatory responsibilities and high-quality service.
At AMFA, I support advisers, liaise with clients and providers, and help ensure the financial planning process runs smoothly. Alongside my role, I am studying towards the Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) as I continue to build my career in financial advice.
Outside of work, I enjoy golf, running, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
